The support staff on-site were also very friendly and helpful, which added to the experience.

There are wetsuits available for free, and I guess they're better than nothing, but when we picked them up they were a little dank. Not sure what a solution might be.. maybe a room with a giant dehumidifier - throw them in there for the night.

Thankfully, Adam (and Eric) knew exactly what they were doing the entire time. While dropping into some of the first rapids before entering The Collie, Adam controlled the boat using simple commands, and we listened. We worked well as a team, which instilled confidence in Adam, so he felt comfortable leading is through some more extreme sections. During the calm sections between rapids, Adam kept the energy in the boat engaging with his sense of humour, humble demeanour, and expert knowledge.

We opted for camping in our own tents rather than cottages. Camping ground is well maintained and huge. Food is simply awesome. If you eat meat, you wont go hungry. If you are vegan, you got options from fruits to pizzas to veggie burgers. Staff isnsuper cool and friendly. Its a must go recommendation from my side.

RAFTING, KAYAKING, BIKING, CHILLING - Set you level of adventure from lazy river to awesome rapids and then chill at the lodge in the hot tub.

Food was good, vegetarian options available. I demolished the two pancakes I was given on Sunday morning, and easily could've crushed four more, but who's kidding who, no one needs six pancakes.

Rafting was tons of fun, our guide, Sharky, was very knowledgeable and professional. The restaurant catered to vegans well! Cabins were cute, only complaint was the water there smelled like sulfur, so I used the water at the actual lodge. Lots of activities at the lodge; sports, pool, hot tub, games, bar. Great experience.

THIS IS AM AMAZING PLACE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. Go on a limited budget and camp, upgrade to a cabin or go deluxe cabin or cottage. You can't go wrong with an all-you-can-eat meal plan that includes STEAK. They also cater to vegetarians.

I went with my family of four and our best friends' family of five for the gentle family day trip. It was aMAYzing. The crew were pros, took care of all our needs and most important our safety, and when our littlest swimmer felt scared after body surfing, Matt W. dove right in to help her. A brilliant day and we highly recommend it for anyone.

I think this is one of the best family vacations you can take, doesn't matter if you are 8 or 80, there's fun for everyone.

Just got home from an unforgettable weekend at Wilderness Tours. Hands down the standalone highlight of the experience are the river guides, who are experts at what they do. I was in a 12 person raft with Adam as our main guide, and Eric who hopped in for our decent through 'The Collie' (short for The Colosseum; a particularly stout section of the river where carnage happens.) This is where rafts flip, and you can die if you aren't careful and don't know what you're doing.

There are many activities to keep you entertained when you're not rafting, including a basketball court, floor hockey rink, bungee-jumping, pool, hot tub, bar, bicycles to rent, kayaks, and SUP boards. Oh, and gigantic chess, which has seen better days.
